Celebrating over 60 years of service, the Northern Illinois Home Builders Association is dedicated to supporting and protecting the local custom home building and remodeling industry and promoting home ownership by:

  • Maintaining the highest level of professionalism,
  • Serving as a unified, cohesive and respected voice, and
  • Establishing a positive business environment that creates and supports lasting partnerships.

NIHBA serves the home building and remodeling industry primarily in DuPage, Kane, Will, LaSalle, Lake, and DeKalb counties and is an affiliated chapter of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Illinois (HBRAI).
